What this video covers: A guided tour of the portal โ€” your dashboard, filtering options, key sections, how to reply to open tickets, close resolved ones, and reset your password.
๐Ÿ

Your dashboard

After signing in, you'll land on your personal dashboard showing all the tickets you've submitted and where each one currently stands. Open tickets, tickets awaiting your response, and recently resolved requests are all visible at a glance.

๐Ÿ”

Filtering and searching

Use the filter options to narrow your ticket list by status, priority, or date. Search by keyword to instantly locate any support request โ€” useful when you have a long history of tickets or are looking for a specific issue.

๐Ÿ“‹

Understanding the sections

The portal organises your tickets by status so you always know where things stand. In Progress shows tickets currently being handled by a support engineer. Pending Information means our team is waiting on something from you โ€” check the ticket comments for details. Closed contains all resolved requests, which you can reopen if needed.

See the full Ticket Statuses guide for a breakdown of every status.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Replying to a ticket

Open any ticket and scroll to the comment area at the bottom. Type your reply and attach any additional files if needed โ€” screenshots, logs, or documents. Our team receives a notification immediately. Replying through the portal keeps the full conversation in one place.

Closing a ticket

Once your issue has been resolved, you can close the ticket directly from the ticket detail view. If a ticket is closed by our team but the problem isn't fully fixed, don't submit a new request โ€” use the Reopen button and add a comment explaining what's still outstanding.

๐Ÿ”‘

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. You'll receive an email with reset instructions. If you don't receive the email or run into any issues, contact our team and we'll get you back in.

๐Ÿ’ก
Pro tip: When a ticket is waiting on you โ€” shown as Pending Information โ€” responding promptly is the single fastest way to keep your request moving. Our team is ready to act as soon as they hear back from you.
๐Ÿ”

Search before you submit

The knowledge base often has instant answers to common questions โ€” check it first to save time.

๐Ÿ“Ž

Attach files early

Error screenshots and log files shared upfront cut back-and-forth significantly.

๐Ÿ””

Watch your email

Every status change sends an email. Set up filters so portal notifications don't get lost.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Reply in the portal

Replying via the portal keeps everything in one thread โ€” easier for both you and our team to track.

๐Ÿ“

Add context as you go

If you remember something relevant after submitting, add it as a comment on the ticket. More context means faster resolution โ€” no need to start over.

๐ŸŽฏ

Set the right priority

If your issue is blocking multiple users or a critical workflow, mark it High or Urgent so our team prioritises accordingly.
