Open the portal at your organisation's support URL and sign in with your institutional credentials. If this is your first time, you may be prompted to set up your account โ follow the on-screen instructions and reach out to our team if you get stuck.
Click the New Ticket button to open the ticket creation form.
Select the category that best describes your request. Picking the right type ensures your ticket is routed to the right team immediately โ without any back and forth.
Not sure which to choose? See our Ticket Types guide.
Provide a clear summary (one line describing the issue or request) and a description with as much context as you can. The more detail you share upfront, the faster we can help.
Good descriptions include: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, when it started, and whether it affects multiple users.
If your request is time-sensitive, set the priority level accordingly. For anything affecting multiple users or blocking critical workflows, choose High or Urgent. Our team monitors high-priority tickets continuously.
Screenshots, error messages, log files, or any other context you can share will help our team diagnose and resolve your issue faster. Use the attachment area to drag and drop files before submitting.
Click Submit. You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number, and you can track its progress at any time from your portal dashboard. Our team will reach out if we need anything further.
